San Bernardino CWC Services
• FOOD, CLOTHING, BUS PASSES, & DOCUMENT REPLACEMENT SERVICES
Emergency assistance and referrals are provided by staff to help support individuals
and families in meeting basic needs to support overall wellness.
• STREET OUTREACH
Our staff team provides on-site services for individuals and families living on the
streets including food, hygiene kits, bus passes, shelter referrals, and linkage to
community resources and services.
• TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE
Transportation services are offered to individuals from low-income and/ or transient
populations to work sites as well as to medical, housing-related, educational, and
counseling appointments.
• HOUSING COUNSELING
Our Housing Counselors offer the following individual sessions, group education
and live workshops to our community members: First Time Homebuyer Education;
Default/Foreclosure Prevention Counseling; Rental Counseling; Homeless
Displacement Counseling and; Financial Capability & Literacy.
• EMERGENCY SHELTER
Men experiencing homelessness are offered shelter and care coordination services to
support them in becoming self-sufficient.
• RESIDENT VOLUNTEERS FOR EMERGENCY SHELTER
Staff coach men engaged in the Emergency Shelter Program in developing leadership,
workforce, and life skills needed to be self-sufficient and productive members of
society.
• PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING
Shared living arrangements are provided to individuals who benefit from staff support
and care coordination for daily living activities to transition to independent living.
• PEER SUPPORT TRAINING & PLACEMENT
Through this peer support specialist program, our staff recruit, train, and place
individuals with lived experience to walk alongside individuals and families in the
public mental health and recovery systems of care.
