Dr. Beckwith’s Friday Inspiration For October 13th

Happy Friday, team!

As we close out another week of hard work and dedication, I want to reflect on a crucial aspect of our personal and professional growth: the value of good character.

In our journey toward success, it’s not just our skills, strategies, or innovations that define us but our character that truly sets us apart. Good character is the foundation of all outstanding achievements and the cornerstone of any thriving organization.

One of the essential traits that accompany good character is self-awareness. It is the ability to look within ourselves honestly, acknowledge our strengths, and, equally important, identify areas where we can improve. When we embrace self-awareness, we demonstrate the courage to confront our shortcomings and work toward becoming the best versions of ourselves.

Change is never easy, but through this process of self-identification and self-improvement, we unlock our fullest potential. By recognizing our areas of growth and actively pursuing positive changes, we not only become better individuals but also contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

In the spirit of this message, I’d like to share a scripture that speaks to the importance of good character:

**Proverbs 22:1 (NIV):** “A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.”

Remember that our character, reputation, and how we treat others are invaluable assets. Let them be the guiding light in our personal and professional lives. With good character, self-awareness, and a willingness to embrace change, there is no limit to what we can achieve together.

As we head into the weekend, take some time for self-reflection. Let’s return next week with renewed determination to cultivate good character and make the world, both inside and outside our organization, a better place.

Remember, I always pray for you. I Wish you all a restful and inspirational weekend.
